The Joyce Law Firm, P.C. is the office of Jake Joyce, a Colorado attorney, who represents individuals and small businesses in the Denver metropolitan area. As a family law attorney, Mr. Joyce represents Men and Women in all aspects of family law or domestic relations matters such as divorce and paternity cases. This includes division of debts and assets, custody (now known as parental resposibility), parenting time, alimony (now known as maintenance) and child support. As a criminal defense attorney, Mr. Joyce defends individuals accused of crimes including drunk driving (DUI, DWAI and DUID), domestic violence (all varieties: assault, threats, harassment etc.) and drug offenses.

Mr. Joyce represents small businesses in and out of the courtroom with mechanic's liens, contract disputes, collection matters, and forming corporations and limited liability companies (LLCs). Mr. Joyce is a member of the Family Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association and a member of the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar.
